重要主張與立場#
- 「HTML is the new markdown。」 隨著模型能力提升、專案日趨複雜，markdown 計畫會讓人類讀者不堪負荷；HTML 是更豐富的媒介，能讓人類保持專注。模型不是瓶頸——人類的注意力才是。見 HTML as the New Markdown。
- 我們都在成為「compute allocators」。 人類的工作是決定什麼值得花費算力；他生成的 token 中約 1% 進入生產環境，其餘 99% 是投入在對齊與溝通上的鷹架（計畫、介面、狀態、設計系統）。見 Compute Allocator。
- 豐裕心態。 生成成本已低到足以負擔用完即丟的工具——為單一編輯任務打造的微型應用程式（「微型軟體之上的微型軟體」）。
- 約束加自由度的提示策略。 「提供足夠的約束來獲得你想要的結果，但留出空間讓模型給你驚喜」——「嘿，Claude，這裡我信任你。」
- 以人為中心。 他的工作流程明確地不是要把開發者自動化掉；而是讓協作更加可見且引人入勝。
他展示的三種工作流程#
- 互動式 HTML 腦力激盪與規劃 — 要求以 HTML 檔案而非列表呈現計畫；視覺化、可捲動、可分享。
- Disposable Micro-Apps — 生成一次性的自訂 UI 來編輯計畫的某個部分，並支援複製回 markdown。
- Living Design System — 從程式碼庫中萃取出
design_system.html，作為可攜式、人類與機器皆可讀的唯一真實來源。
